Fall Family Sessions!

Right before the leaves change and the weather can't decide if it wants to be cold or hot, that's when I like to book as many family sessions as possible.

One of my favorite locations is Black Creek Lake in Decatur, Texas. Unless you are from Decatur or do a lot of camping, it's not really a lake a lot of people are aware of. However, it is perfect every season and there is always an amazing location to capture the perfect photo. I love it when my clients trust me enough to pick the location for their family memories.

Denise and her family met me in the middle of nowhere (I always send the exact location and Pin drop so you can find the right spot) and they knew right away why I picked this spot. It was busy because the weather was perfect and there were a lot of campers, but we only needed one area to get the right lighting. Twenty minutes later and over 150 shutter clicks, I had the whole family laughing and enjoying their time. Check out some of my favorites from their session below.
